All I know is that it is on my CD version that I bought in 1999 (original Foxtrot label release).  So I don't think it's a bonus just for the vinyl.  I actually didn't notice it on the CD the first couple times I played it, as I just pulled out the CD when Compassion ended and put in CD2.  I think it was probably in the car that I first heard it when I realized that the track was still running and just let it go.  Anyway, it is a pretty cool slab of psychedelia.  I would assume it was just something Roine added in there, but it could be Tomas (or both of them).

Yeah, I have that extra electronic piece at the end of Compassion (what a great song Compassion is by the way) on my standard cd.  As a big fan of electronic music I love this.

A big from me for Circuline too.  I've not got the album but have been listening to stuff from it recently and it's very good. 

I too rate the SW as no.3 in his catalogue.  I absolutely love the quartet Perfect Life-Routine-Home Invasion-Regret9, but the rest of it is not as strong imho.  I also agree with Mike, this is much more PT-ish than his previous albums.

I think my favourite new album this year is Now We Have Light by Sanguine Hum.  A crazy concept, but the album is great. They are a really difficult band to pigeonhole I have to say.  Some heavy parts, fragile vocals, great musicianship and a bit groovy too.  I've always been a sucker for double albums as well, though this is more of an old school double with a running time of about 85 mins.

^Ahh don't worry about that, anything and everything is up for discussion in this thread .  Sometimes we'll go several pages without a mention of TFK.

The Raven is my favourite SW album for sure, I love all the tracks on it.  It's dripping in atmosphere too so that's another plus.  I think he took all his influences, added a modern twist with brilliant production and came up with a cast-iron prog classic.  I really like Insurgentes too, GFD is even better and second only to The Raven in my SW rankings.  I like HCE a lot, just not as much as the previous two.

For the SW stuff, my favorite is still Grace For Drowning.  He really pulls off that early 70's Crimson vibe quite well.  Not terribly original, of course, but I've not really heard anyone else doing a modern take on the Lizard album sound.

Seeing that song live on the Raven tour was a revelation.  And I already loved the song.

Listening to Stardust We Are, the only album of theirs I have. I hadn't listened to it for awhile, and had not really gotten too familiar with it before. They don't sound so transparently like Genesis as so many have claimed. It's not exceedingly innovative music, but it is interesting music with its fair share of oddities to keep one on their toes. I don't see why they're so lambasted.

Over time, that's what I've found - there's less Genesis, but more Yes, even Crimso and ELP, yet distinctively sounding quite themselves. These are a mob whose albums to take a patient ear and many spins to 'get around'. I don't even have all their albums, but love each and every one, to varying degrees.

Working from home this week, so I am letting my digital media player go on shuffle play, not my favorite way to listen to music.....Anyhow on comes TFK and the song Psychedelic Postcard from Flower Power, I have to say it has been a long time since I heard any of this album. But this song caught my attention and I had to take a break and sit and play it again.
