1969? Wow.

Frankly, I'm surprised by a firm rejection of this artist - in my opinion they were prog in BOTH terms. Then again, I'm for inclusion of Pere Ubu, Einsturzende Neubauten and Balanescu Quartet. However, this one is worthy of PA - and it could easily go into Avant (or proto). Yes, it's that suitable! In my opinion, of course.

And The Residents popped in my mind too!
