ONE UNIQUE WORK!

Progressive
rock band, Atik Maze release their first album, “The Man Behind The
Lock”, an original work with eight “pithy” tracks. What makes the band
so special is the extraordinary diversity of their sound. Rather like a
best selling novel, there’s a surprise around every corner leaving the
listener eagerly waiting to turn the next page. 
The songwriting
skills and shear diversity never fail to surprise. Atik Maze takes us
on a journey of new experiences and surprises with the promise of
something new every time the album is played.
After almost three
years of self imposed excile, Atik Maze finally decided to “step out
into the light” by eliciting the help and professional experience of
Record Producer Mike Myers and Sound Engineer Robin Black. With these
“two music industry heavyweights” at the helm, the recording finally
began at Tinman Creative Sound Recording Studios, Portugal. The main
focus here was not to create a “mega studio production”, but rather
maintain the rawness and energetic elements of a live venue.

Radio Mixes
Not
content with releasing one debut single, Atik Maze decided on a
simultaneous release with “The Man Behind The Lock” and “Out Of Time”. 

 “The
Man Behind The Lock”, is title track of the debut album and maintains
the inherent link between the bands brand of accentuated rock music and
their live performances. By contrast, “Out Of Time”, the bands
alternative offering whilst smooth in a musical context, still
maintains the richness and verve of “The Man Behind The Lock”.
