I propose that David Vorhaus' project White Noise be added to the archives. The debut, An Electric Storm (1969), is an experimental masterpiece, the likes of which can be heard in Zappa's Lumpy Gravy or Silver Apples' The Garden or Contact (another amazing band that I think should have a place in the archives, if only for The Garden alone, but that's another thread )...
Here are a few links to some artistic video interpretations of some tracks from An Electric Storm...
The next few albums from White Noise aren't quite as impressive but are still just as ground breaking...the tape experimentation is abandoned in the later work for adventurous & pioneering synth/symph prog...still highly recommended Edited by Captain Capricorn - February 26 2009 at 18:17 |

Are you sure this music is from 69? I think you've made some mistake...

Definitely 1969.
White Noise have been raised several times, the latest being about 3 weeks ago. Please continue in that thread (http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=55144) since I have closed this one.
