Funny, I think the utter saturation of corruption and abuse in capitalism and Christianity (and religion as an extension) indicate the faulty foundations of the premises.

What a fascinatingly wrong opinion.

And yet, by its fruit we shall know it. Raised and abused in Christianity, and I know enough survivors to know my experience was hardly abnormal.

Oh my, what proof you offer. I know a bunch of people who turned out just fine after a childhood of Catholic raising.

It seems we've found a hole in the universe with this conflicting absolute proof.

The Catholic Church's myriad documented abuses. Independent Fundamentalist Baptist survivors (where I fall in). Goddamn imperialism. The war against women. Effing white privilege, and for that matter, white Jesus. Slavery. The Crusades. The religious persecution the American "pioneers" were fleeing from, the genocide they carried, and the religious persecution they inflicted. The general rape culture, victim-shaming, agenda-driving, control-crafting nastiness of it all. Good people do eeeevil things in the name of religion all over the globe.

I could say the same thing about governments. Will you join me in being an anarchist?

And a similar rejection of all social institutions with goals?

Well you're consistent. I respect that.

Indeed. I'd hate to be short-sighted on societal misanthropy. I prefer to simply have a tiny footprint and focus on my own personal development.

What size are your feet? Tongue

Speaking of feet.  My wife and I put our bottoms together once and we pretty much match in size.  How cool is that? LOL

Though it's ever so tempting to answer the question Slarti poses there LET'S MOVE RIGHT ALONG with this little video clip. I didn't like the intro either but wait for the conversation to get going and then respond if you can.
