Very good band.  "Late Night Salvation" is probably my favorite of theirs.  Great melodic sensibility.

From John Galgano on the Endlesscalling Yahoo Message site:

Spurred by Mr. Jones' post, and realizing that we've been so
entrenched in recording that we haven't picked our heads up from the
Logic interface in a good long while, I think it's time for a bit of
an update!

I can tell you that I've finished recording all of my acoustic guitar
for the album (I think...), which I play on 3 songs (I think...) and
nearly finished all of my lead vocals (I think...). Bass work is still
"in progress", but lots has been done. Brems has recorded some
absolutely *pristine* work for this album (who would've doubted that)
and he's completed a very good portion of his guitar work as well.

What can I tell you about the album? Well, I don't want to give
anything away - what would be the fun in that? But I can tell you this
- Tom, Brems and I listened to a bunch of the new songs the other
night and we all had the same reaction: "Well, this is different." I
have to qualify that - It's still IZZ. We haven't become grunge or emo
or the Jonas Brothers, but what I will say is that this record is NOT
My River Flows.

I can also say that Tom and Brems will absolutely SHINE on this record
(both in terms of playing and writing).

More details will be coming out in the next few weeks. We're also
working on a new website to coincide with the release of the new album
and it looks like that will be up by late April/early May.

Even for us, the wait for this album seems like it will never end, but
let me assure you, once the album is ready, we'll move at lightning
speed - and this will be sooner rather than later.

In the meantime, share IZZ with your friends (as you already do) and
convince them to download a track or two from iTunes or Rhapsody or
some other site - not only do the songs cost only a buck but new
people are exposed to IZZ everyday through this medium. Based on the
emails we get, this seems to be one of the best ways to hook in new
fans. It's a cheap way for them to check us out and if they like the
first song they download, chances are they end up buying the whole
record. Without you all, there is no IZZ. Well...there would probably
be an IZZ, but our audience would be the IZZ Kidz and I think they'd
prefer Miley Cyrus.

Thank you for your continued patience with us and we are convinced
you'll think it was worth the wait.

Thank you all - Cheers!
John
for IZZ
