Wavering Radiant > In The Absence of Truth > Panopticon > Oceanic > Celestial
Reverse-chronological order FTW!

I actually prefer Oceanic to both, but hey. I'm going with Panopticon on this one, although WR needs a few more spins.

I'm not too sure!!!!!!!! It's still a toss up between Wavering Radient, Oceanic, and Panopticon right now!

I'd say both are masterpieces, but Wavering Radiant has more growth potential for me whereas Panopticon does not.

After a few initial listens i'm going to go with Wavering Radiant although I feel it pales in comparison to the masterpiece Oceanic.I still yearn for the good ole days of Celestial,The Red Sea, and Mosquito Control! That opening riff on Celestial is one of the nastiest things i've ever heard!

Still too early for me to say anything with certainty, but I will say that both albums are flippin' amazing.

no way, Panopticon along with Oceanic are the undisputed twin towers of Isis--dom. however i do very much like all the other albums too.
admit i was v disappointed w WR initially, but i guess its more to do w the horrible distorted mastering job than the songs

I voted Wavering Radiant but then again whenever i listen to any Isis album I change my mind and think 'no this one's my favourite'. It's all good.
