^ I'm sure it does. PF is a bit more taxing on your computer since it uses more interactive scripting (web 2.0). I know that some visitors are still using Internet Explorer 6.0 (about 0.1%), but it would be too much work for me to develop a separate website for these one in a thousand visitors.
Well, maybe at some point you'll have a chance to upgrade your computer ... surfing is also much safer on Windows XP and with IE8 or FF3.

I use Mozilla Firefox..though "version" 2.... Anyways, I do have another computer with XP, just that this one is the one the rest of the family use... so... Though thanks for the simple and brief explanation! And I hope I hadn't bothered you with it!

^ no bother at all! If you like you can tell me what annoyed you the most when using Win98/FF2, maybe I can fix those things specifically.

There's something that has been bothering me since I first came to PF, the fact that I can't scroll sidewards when rating, which is the reason why I can't really choose which rating to give such tag. Though that's my minor issue. The real one, and it's a bit new by the way, maybe since the last time I logged in, 2 months? It's that the images, and columns, get piled together, and that the whole back-ground is white, though that might no be a problem.... Will try to upload images, so you can understand better...

^ ouch! @Admins: I'm sorry, I really should have created this thread in Get the Word Out or Just For Fun, only there are no polls possible there. EDIT: Apparently polls are possible in Just For Fun ... feel free to move the thread there.

But then, if you don't like the five star system here, it is the place to go. If however it is a cereal, does it have those styrofoam marshmallows in it?

I noticed that Crimso's Earthbound is listed as a studio album, but I didn't find any way to fix that. Is there any way to do that except by letting you (Mr. ProgFreak) know about such errors?
Another silly thing I noticed is the US release date for Swallow the Sun's The Morning Never Came. It's listed as a 2005 release even though it came out in Finland in 2003.

It's a web site that I always wanted to investigate deeper, but got discouraged every time I see hundreds of words and tag flooded on the front page.

^ You can try again if you like and go to the Customize page ... I just added the option to hide all the tags except for rating, prog status and main genre.

Did you have a look at the FAQ page? The basic idea is that you create an account there and submit some information about the music you're listening to.

^ I promised to implement that, didn't I? Well, there you go ... BTW: I'll also add the "sub ratings" to the editor page soon.
