I have 2 questions regarding album covers:

1. Can anybody tell me who designed the cover for Birth Control's Operation?
and 2. Does anybody want to make a Roger Dean themed album cover for me and my friends album, which is planning to be Prog folk, or Crossover.

Help would be so appreciated.

1. Had a look on Wikipedia - Didn't have a dedicated album page... Also checked their official site, which was in German, and although I still looked, I had no luck.

2. I recommend emailing DARKSIDEOF - He recently PM'd me offering to make his collages for around 200USD, who knows, this might interest him aswell.

Good luck!

Make his collages? What do you mean by that? I want someone that can do it for free. JD and White Pine Media are of extreme help to me at the moment, even if they're taking a fee.

^^Ahh, sorry...

DarkSideOf has made some amazing prog band collages, (Porcupine Tree, Gentle Giant, Genesis, Dream Theater) and I was thinking he might've done some original work...

If you're looking for free work, I have no idea where to look.

darksideof did a free album cover for a PA-formed band, but I'm not even sure it's free. White Pine has offered me an amazing all-included album cover/book print for 200$, so I think when I get the money I'll do it.

This strikes me as a bit odd coming from a frequent visitor at my art thread. Wink

Hey,

I think my few last are pretty original.
I started charging a very small few becuase these collages take soooo much time and I get so many personal request.

Hello, Blowing free
What band was that?  was it Solder Theory?
if it is I didn't do it for free sorry . I am a Graphic/illustrator Designer and I have to survive and make a living out my Art. However , I had done  all my collages as a free download from PA, My Blog and my others websites.I do ask for a small donation and sell the high quality print for dirt cheap,  but I don't do the collages for money, but only because I love this music and the bands that make them so f**king much.
there are nights that i literally hardly have any sleep imaging I have a 9 to 6 Job a 13 years old and and wife to take care. and it is most nights and weekends that I work on the collages.  it is a real joy and honor to create this artwork.
Sorry I wouldn't be able to do your collage for free, because I am always extremely busy and I invest countless hours. However  we can work on a deal.
Talk soon.

Wink

Well, most of  my collages I do consider them kind of original work because I f**k with all the album covers and five my personal touch.LOL
I think my few last ones are pretty original. I started using many of my original photographs to make them more personal. Ex: the DT, the whole background is my original image and The PT the Tree right and the sky are my original photos on the GG collage I even use my own hand.Embarrassed

I started charging a very small fee because these collages take soooo much time and I get so many personal request and I don't have time to  please everyone
Sorry Fellas..Confused
