Making friends with people because of the band t-shirt they're wearing is how you know you're a hopeless metal head.

You know you're a prog addict, or more precisely a Jethro Tull addict, when you join FB, which you for years have refused to join because of it's hype, only to stream TAAB2.

When, while writing accidentals into your music, you notice that your pencil has the same rhythm as the bassline in "The Fountain of Salmacis" when writing sharps.

When you are humming/whistling a song you like and suddenly you realize you can't do so, because there are so many counterpointing layers, and can't find anybody to whistle along who either likes the song or knows what the hell are those sounds you are making.

(True freaking story)

When you always bring with you two mp3 readers in case one of the two has the battery low and both have a microSD slot.

EDIT: one of the microSd contains the discography of Frippism's avatar Wink
