In light of the Crack feature, here's Uncyclopedia's prog page- click on highlighted band name's to read band specific articles.

Uncyclopedia in case you don't know, is the content free online encyclopedia. And if you don't think it's funny, go ahead and edit it. People ransacking the entries is actually encouraged here.

There's even a page on Progarchives !!!

http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Prog_Archives

«This site shows the main characteristics of Prog Rock, links to different bands, albums, ratings and other stuff like forums discusing topics such as "Why Chubby Checker left the Beatles in 1972" or "Are frogs considered primates?" It includes variated styles of blowing people's heads out to the sky. »

Well it's unedited which means you get a lot of trash but you also get some jokes (see the artwork they have for St Anger in the Metallica article) which you would never see on an edited site.

Yeah, I remember back in 1982 someone gave a a CD-R copy of the Beatles last LP with Cubby Checker in the line-up. The dude downloaded it from Capster a couple of years prior (1979 I believe).

Actually, I enjoyed the KC article on Uncyclopedia, especially the following:

"The song 'Hey Lady Touch My Lizard' was a popular single and a dance
club number for many years."

That s**t got me rolling on the floor for a minute.

I particularly liked learning that KC are affectionately called "The Crimsos" by their fans.
