Psychedelic folk/religious music from a 70s christian collective. Highly recommended, extremely beautiful. I do believe they have a place here on this site, for the seeking and experimental nature of the music, for the use of about 80 different instruments and for original arrangements.

They released only one album: The Christ Tree.

You'll find info on their website, as well as music: http://thetreescommunity.com/

I know this band.  Sort of a cross between Caedmon and Can Am Des Puig, leaning much more heavily to the Can Am Des Puig side.  I'd be okay with adding them - will check with my fellow folkers and and get back to you...

To me, this is a good inclusion
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Do we have to write a biography or can we just use the information on their site? (In case you accept them, of course)
I have a little review ready for the album, by the way.

I'd prefer you write your own bio and post it here (or PM to either Clem or me) and one of us will open the page and credit you with the bio authorship. Than if you wish you can enterthe album by clicking on the Add Album buttonSmile
