The German band Morphelia deserve inclusion in PA.

See their Myspace site http://www.myspace.com/morphelia

Enough said really. I could write 120 000 words about the eel fishing in the Rhine. But I will leave it with the band and their Myspace site.

Taking them into Neo for eval - they are much too modern in their sound for Ivan to want them into his realm ;-)

Hi the modern sound doesn't affect my decision, if we believe is Symphonic they will be accepted.

As a fact they don't sound too modern IMO, more like 80's sound and Marillion oriented keyboards even when lighter.

If rejected by Neo, will check them again, I trust that if they are Neo, Olav will accept them.

EDIT: After listening them again , my opinion is:

1.- On the Road: Some sort of Crossover - Prog Related
2.- In the Captain's Room: Wow, they should pay royalties to Fish's Marillion for this one.
3.- Never Ending Steps: Some sort of Hogarth's Marillion, meets Rush.
4.- Time for a Change: This guys are chameleons, now the sound pretty close to Pendragon, even the vocals are reminiscent of Nick Barrett.
5.- Love of an Old Man: Again a lot of Rush.
6.- Virginhoods End: He he, the vocalist now sounds like Fish, and not casual, then they move a bit close to Dream Theater, but not remotely heavy for Prog Metal.

My honest opinion is that they are very close to Neo Prog or maybe Xover.
