I recently got a new vinyl copy of the National Health debut. Checking on PA I learned that both the debut and the second are rated 4.11 with 54 ratings... seems to be a good reason for a poll!

Agreed!

QUEUES has wind instruments on it, and some delightful "crooning", but the debut is graced by Alan Gowan's masterly minimoog!

The debut just about has the edge for me - both are excellent albums, but the first one feels somehow more coherent and fully realised.

Their S/T is one of my favorite albums, and I've never been able to find they're second album. So no vote

Both are splendid but Queues is worth queueing for !
I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth.
