Anyone here fans of Chromeo? They are one of the few successful Arab-Jewish partnerships in history!  
If not, and if you like disco, funk, 80s pop, or synthpop, you should definitely check these guys out. 
They're the most fun band I have recently encountered, influenced by Giorgio Moroder, Kano, Michael Jackson, Daft Punk, Prince and others. Their 2007 album Fancy Footwork is chock-full of great dance songs with humorous lyrics that just make you want to dance. Their catchy choruses, interesting melodies and synth basslines really groove. 
They are currently working on their third album due out this summer and have released a single with a video called Night by Night, posted below.
