I want to suggest for the  addition here the excellent band Laser Pace who release a single album in 1973  - Granfaloon at Takoma records, and re release on cd fiew years ago. Very captivating album with great momets, from Zappa, Crimson to jazz and funk moments this band is brilliant all the way. I was shocked not to see this band here yet.

 In first pahse  maybe yes, but is so hard to tell in what genre must be included.
