I dont have any Pendragon but heard they are excellent band but which album should I get?

The last one Pure, would be my guess, but it depends a bit on what you are looking for, They are moving towards a slightly harder music, where as the earlier recordings (like THE WINDOW OF LIFE) is more
directly linked to traditional prog.
Pure is a great album though, so i would try that first.

I'd say The Masquerade Overture or Believe. Believe is more mature and exotic but TMO just has song after amazing song.

If you're a fan of either Genesis or Floyd or both for that matter, The Masquerade Overture should be the album you should get first.
 
However, if you're into heavier music with riffs and a more modern type of sound, Pure should be it.

"The window of life" and "The Masquerade Overture". In a harder vein, "Pure", but does not reach the same level than the two firsts mentioned.

They're the only two I currently have, but they're both fantastic and addictive albums. Really good stuff, hope you enjoy!

Also, if you like Paintbox (you can hear the track on their PA page), I guarantee you'll love The Masquerade Overture.
