I just discovered this excellent new band who plays some sort of stoner/kraut. Here's the list of their influences:

Sonic Youth, Neu!, Boredoms, Steve Reich, Shellac, Hawkwind, RFTC, My Bloody Valentine, Can, Black Sabbath, Oneida, Kraftwerk, Tortoise, Pink Floyd, Devo, The Stooges, Sun Ra, Spacemen 3, Man or Astroman, MC5, Kinski, Eno, Soft Machine, Dinosaur Jr. and so much more...

And the MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/mugstar

What do you think, are they Kraut or Psychedelic?

Now checkin' Mugcupstar with Cup Noodle.

A hypnotically persistent fuzzy guitar solo and enthusiastic synth-kbd plays, dreamy echoes ... can be called Post-Psych & Space, with less Krautish taste.
Thanks Alex, definitely fit for Space Rock I feel.

I may not be on the correct teams, but I'm listening to the band's S/T album on their last.fm and it's good stuff. Clap
