I'm not sure where to post bands not yet included, but I think this band should definitely be included.  Their name is Jox and they are from France.  They released one album called Joxifications in 1982, and it is a wonderful progressive folk album with gentle giant and gryphon influences.  The line-up, track-list and artwork can both be found here.  http://www.proggnosis.com/PGRelease.asp?RID=20888   If this consideration should be taken somewhere else just tell me, otherwise, thanks for everything else.  I love this site.

I notified the Prog Folk Team. Could you provide us with any samples of their music?

I'm not sure if I could upload samples, but I have the entire album and could upload it or a song or two.  I just don't know 1. Where to upload, and 2. In what format.   The album isn't available anywhere online last time I checked so I don't think your site would have any scruples against me posting songs from the album.   Anyways, thanks for getting back to me so soon, if anyone wants the album I'd be happy to upload it to sharebee.

As far as I can tell some teams' members are strongly against uploads and prefer streaming or YouTube samples.

Being considered for Prog Folk, but none of the team members has given a definitive thumbs-up or -down yet.
