finally we finished our first album and we will release it in about 3 months when we get the packaging all figured out.

this will appeal to fans of rush, porcupine tree, radiohead, and early genesis

Breathing lessons is a short lightly progressive piece with an interesting guitar hook

The season unspoken is a soft acoustic tune that is reminiscent of radiohead and early genesis

Persuasion is a poppier tune with an interesting fade out at the end

Young Guns is a 9 minute prog rock blowout that will take you on a ride

The fall of house atreides is a heavy, dark progressive piece for fans of king crimson

Intrictate designs is the second movement of our 20 minute piece "gordian knot" and will really appeal to fans of rush

I hope you guys enjoy these tracks, we'll keep you updated with the album's progress and when we'll be ready to sell it/take orders. Tell me anything you guys think of it, I hope you guys enjoy it!

feedback please!

Very good stuff indeed! Also, is that fretless bass? Good bass work.

I think the samples from MySpace lack a bit of "bite" because of the compression, my advice would be to reupload them in a better bitrate if possible.

thanks man, yeah fretless bass was used on all tracks except persuasion, and 2 other shorter poppier songs we have that aren't posted there.

the album has a few more tunes than that, there are 12 tracks in total (the 1st 4 tracks being the 4 movements of the 20 minute epic). thanks though, i really wish y'all could hear them with the best sound possible, myspace should really work that crap out :P
