Bangor Flying Circus was American jazz-rock/proto-prog/psychedelic rock band from late 60'. They played music inspired by Colossuem, Brian Auger & The Trinity but also psychedelic/hard rock acts of these times. They had jazzy sound loded with Hammond organ and electric guitar.

line-up:

David "Hawk" Wolinski (Hammond organ, piano, bass, vocals), Alan De Carlo (guitar, vocals), Michael Tegza (drums, percussion)

They recorded one self titled album in 1969.

After the band was disbanded David "Hawk" Wolinski played in jazz-rock 70' outfit called "Madura".

Great find! I think this could be in a full prog category. I'll ask the JRF team for an evaluation, because of the evident connection with Colosseum. Thumbs Up
