This is highly variable depending on what criteria I'm favoring at any one time. My most common pick for best prog masterpiece?

U.K., by the band of the same name. The first lineup was unfortunately doomed to instability, but it produced a brilliant album before exploding.

with that being said... it usually changes to and from whatever happens to be blowing me away at any given week/month (sometimes hour)
The most recent memory of this below.

Since it release, every month or so I come back to it and it blows me away. It's become my favorite album for about the 40th time just this past week.
