Tago Mago is a really good album, but Ahvak's is a lot better.

i probably shouldn't have voted, considering I have only heard ~10% of Ahvak. But, for the sake of Canvancement, I voted Tago. Plus, can anything surpass Peking 0?

I've only listened to Ahvak once so far and Tago Mago is one of my favorites, no vote from me.

Ahvak.

Tago Mago is pretty sweet...but ahvak doesn't have weak spots.

Some hasn't voted.

It's either Hattie or Gabe.

I love both, and Ahvak is one of my favourite modern albums, but no question for me about choosing Tago Mago!

I feel like that will be how I vote once I'm more familiar with Ahvak, because unlike some people I don't think Tago Mago has any weak moments.   I'm only 12 minutes into my second ever listen of Ahvak, though, so my opinion could change once I'm a bit more familiar with it.  As I said in the Shred, I'll vote once I've given the album a year or so to settle in.

Tago Mago was more challenging for me than Ahvak to really like (I really liked Ahvak on first listen), but Tago Mago really grew on me, and was for me, definitely the more ear-opening album. I don't think it's at all weak either.  As good as Ahvak is (and I've certainly shared my love for this album in the fora before), it hasn't had the same impact.  Nor has it had the same impact on me as albums by modern bands in PA such as Volapuk.

I actually don't like Tago Mago all that much. I haven't heard the other album in your poll, but I much prefer Ege Bamyasi.
