Bill played guitar on these three killer albums. Interesting that he and Stanley Clarke played on the first two albums listed but while "Hymn Of The Seventh Galaxy" had Chick Corea and Lennie White on keys and drums,Clarke's solo had Jan Hammer and Tony Williams instead. Two amazing lineups. Logan will attest to how good Priester's album is though with Pat Gleeson on synths and a variety of other outstanding guests helping out.
This isn't about who wins as much as it is about checking these albums out if you don't have them. And Bill Connors is well worth hearing on all three.

In a not so surprise decision,  Love, Love for me, but all three are very good.

Bill deserves attention.

I have a solo album by him called Theme to the Guardian, great acoustic guitar player. Im a fan of his work, he kicks ass on Stanleys solo album but, i vote for his work on RTF'S Hym.

I've only heard his playing on Hymn of the Seventh Galaxy and in his lovely solo album, Theme to the Guardian.

While I voted for Hymn, I really should become acquainted with more of Priester's stuff.  He was (not sure if he's still at Cornish or not...) a fixture here in Seattle for years.
Can you tell me where we're headin'?
Lincoln County Road or Armageddon.

I went to "RTF" as a result. Chick Corea chose Al Di Meola because it had requested the performance of perfection further. The album is a masterpiece for me.

I have "Assembler" of Bill Connors. His Solo cannot learn be a little average including the work of ECM.

Love Connors in Hymn and love... but that's all I heard of him except for two 90's acoustic albums.

But I'll try Theme to the guardian from 74 someday
