Not bad at all.

There a few good songs like Splintering Heart, the trilogy This Town/The Rakes Progress/100 Nights, and The Party, but, overall, this was a disappointing release, especially in spite of what came before and after it.

Disagree, satisfying overall. Cover my Eyes, Dry Land and No One Can are pretty good songs.

2. Tormato - Yes

Yes! (= I agree Smile)

If I had to pick a limited number of Yes albums for the "uninhabited island" situation, I'd go with Fragile, Tormato and the Yesterdays compilation. No CTTE, no Relayer and no Oceans, if I can help it.

Thank you for reminding me .. savoring the bass on the Side B of the Fragile right now ...

Although there are no actual 'bad' tracks  its a  Frankenstein monster of an album that virtually destroyed their hard earned reputations over night (not Love Beach as is often thought)

Bullfrog I think was recorded with jazz musicians from a group that Carl produced called Back Door. Just like a lot of things on that album there were glimpses of things they could have expanded on. There is a general big band jazz feel to a lot of tracks. They should have concentrated on that imo.

Drama by Yes. A lot of Anderson fanboys rip the record to pieces for the sole reason that Anderson isn't on the album. The Album is fantastic.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it:

Rush - Power Windows. Maybe too much echo and 80's synths but not a bad album IMO.

^ Probably prefer Hold Your Fire over Power Windows. Both are under-appreciated for sure.

Yep, it gets rated as if it were an administrator's inventory on an entity that has either entered voluntary liquidation or been subject to a winding up order versus a viable working touring rock band. There are no weak tracks yet it's deemed a turkey because Bernard Matthews wasn't an ELP fan?
