Is "FORUMS" in upper case in the forum title to emphasise that this forum is for suggestions on the forums only? Or am I reading too much into it?
I would like to make a suggestion (probably impractical!), but about another area of the Web site, not the forums. Is there a place I can do it?

	OK I modified the name of the other FORUM and named it Suggestions for the PROG ARCHIVES http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_topics.asp?FID=1 Thanks for the suggestion Fitzcarraldo!
