I've considered suggesting this forever, but lacked sufficient samples The album, put out by the great Pierre Cardin label, was one of my favourites.  Sadly, my prized LP was subject to a  flood many  years ago. It may be considered for Crossover (has psych elements):

Can listen to some of the music here (excerpts). There are some more samples I can provide.

Superb album, imo.

Jason Havelock is a pseudonym of Eric Demarsan and he only released one album that I am aware of under the name Jason Havelock (think Crossover may be best).

Very interesting stuff. Sounds like Crossover to my ears (too advanced musically to be only Proto Prog I think).Psych/Space could be an option (Atom Heart Mother springs to mind), but there's too much pop-mainstream content to it I think. (By pop-mainstream I think of Moody Blues and Procol Harum, that kind of stuff).

It's not much, but I was able to upload this (using the Dusty Fingers Compilation Vol. 12):

Definitely worthy of inclusion. Nice suggestion.

Could I add The Nice for comparison also.

Crossover seems appropriate.

Thanks. Has similarities to that too. Vadimmusic has compared it to David Axelrod, Mindbender by Stringtronics (which I've thought about suggesting) and L'enfant assassin des mouches by Jean-Claude Vannier (each being favourites of mine).  I only wish I still had that original LP, since it was one of my most valuable records (and I loved the music). It was re-released, at least on LP, in 2005, and I'll probably have to settle with buying one of those.  They also compared it to a Stevie Wonder album (The Secret Life of Plants which I plan to buy).

Even though it's not much, I hope the track I uploaded helps a bit (since I know there were some concerns raised about insufficient material).  Thanks to the Crossover team for evaluating it.

And one from Mindbender just cause it was mentioned at Vadimmusic and I love the album:

The link that you provided in the opening post provides sufficient evidence IMO.
