Bergtatt, one of the best albums to come out of the Norwegian scene of the 90's, a wonderful atmosphere. Nattens Madrigal is excellent too. Of the 'new' Ulver I would say Perdition City, it seems the most coherent.

Now this is difficult.
 
Blood Inside should have a vote. But Bergtatt is amazing, amd either Perdition City or Themes...could easily win.

Although I have been listening to Ulver for many years ago, I find their latest, Shadows OF The Sun to be by far their best creation.

This is the of the decade's top albums - a quintessence of melancholy...
