YOB is a doom metal/stoner rock band from Oregon. Although they normally wouldn't be considered to be progressive rock, their songs have epic structures and have an experimental flair.

Again, I'm not totally sure if YOB would fit in on this site at all. But I still think they deserve to be looked at.
