Just referencing point 2 above I would counter that by saying 1974-present day, no weak points, all musicians tehnically perfect. Why only up to 83? Hodgson left and they got better

Really wish Hodgson would've stuck with the band and worked out his Eye of the Storm stuff with the band....the Davies' jazzy influence and Roger's voice and ideas worked like chips and vinegar.

I would add Try Again to any list.....in fact, I'd put the whole first album on the list over almost anything in the catalog. I've broken out my 40 year old cassette copy and recommend it highly to any who doesn't already dig this gem.
