I like prog metal, and heavy metal (I assume by that you mean the original generation of stuff like Black Sabbath, Priest, Motorhead, Maiden, etc). But there should also be an 'all of the above' option, as I enjoy all of these.

You forgot Progressive Metal, thats my favoritegenre of metal, but Thrash Metal are good aswell and some Heavy Metal like Judas Priest, i can say i dont like Iron Maiden so much.
