As the title says, I'm suggesting The Claudia Quintet for Jazz rock/Fusion. They play interesting, complex jazzy music with (in my opinion, at least) enough rock influence to consider them a worthwhile entry to the hallowed halls of PA. They're formed by drummer John Hollenbeck, and here are a few samples:
First track: Second track: The band's Myspace: http://www.myspace.com/theclaudiaquintet I could also maybe see them fit for Avant, but that would be more of a stretch than JR/F I think. Edited by SaltyJon - August 01 2010 at 16:42 |

Seems like a lot of people thought that...I've checked though, and unless I missed it somehow they're not.

I though they were here as well.
Don't see why they shouldn't be (esp with whoelse is already here) admitted.

I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

Surprised to see they're not here... They're signed to Cuneiform Records, and, from what I know, they are very highly regarded in prog circles.
