Drug schedules are whacked, and I assume political.

A schedule 1 drug, on the same level as heroin and higher then cocaine?
While alcohol and tobacco ARE known to be addictive and use of it will eventually damage most of your organs. Also, there is no real medical usages for either. Yet both legal and heavily advertised.

Not to mention the whole "right to do with my body" thing
And the whole make it legal and tax argument we all know. Will also cut down on that market and make it safer (won't have to worry that someone mixed PCP in with your marijuana)

I vote yes. Our police waste thousands of man-hours digging the stuff up and burning it; while alcohol (especially binge-drinking and drunk-driving) does far more damage to society, yet that's totally legal from age 18.

The one on the forum is horrid.  Go to the database part of PA and set the search engine to "forum," and then try.  It's much more effective.

It always amazes me that the same people who complain about a "nanny state" government want marijuana to remain illegal.

Bacon is more detrimental to people's health, for crying out loud.

All drugs should be legal
All drug, except medical, use should be discouraged/avoided or or if it's socially acceptable and beneficial(like alcohol, as in drinks with your boss,parties, date, etc.) should be used in moderation.


And almost all forum drug topics are for people to rationalize their own drug use, so f**k off and create a better, more creative topic.
