Good description, Kazuhiro. Jazz-Rock band with an avantgarde influence, or a jazzy avantgarde band? In my opinion it's the first option, and it reminds me of Zeuhl-based Fusion bands like One Shot and Guillaume Perret & The Electric Epic. Superb find!
