Hello, we are Elektryk Bestia. We have been making music for several years now and we play progressive rock although many people have classified our music in various subcategories such as Avante Garde, Experimental, Psychedelic, Neo Prog and several others. Mainly, we enjoy to compose music that is much different than the typical mainstream tunes you hear today. This is the reason that Elektryk Bestia came together in the first place. We hope our music invites listeners so that every person can create their own visual or interpretation of the song.  We invite you to listen to us at the link below! Thanks so much for your time!

Best Regards, Elektryk Bestia

This band is a definate candidate for addition to the site. I've given their EP several listens and I get a very strong sense of classic (not the bad modern) gothic rock, with some avant sounds.

Anyone who has listened to some of the material from Devil Doll might hear a similarity in this.

Hopefully these guys will be added very soon!

Thank you very much for the support Conor! We would really appreciate it if we were added to the site. We are big fans of progarchives and it's users!

Best Regards,

Electryk Bestia, perhaps you should personally message a few of the more active users on the site and ask them if they would be able to give the music a listen and give their support to the addition. People are much more likely to check it out if you give them a personalized message!

Hello SaltyJon! Thanks for your response! In terms of subcategory if I had to pick one I would say Experimental or possibly RIO/Avant for us. We have had alot of different opinions on what our subgenre may be although if I had to pick I would pick those. Thanks again, appreciate your response SaltyJon!

Best Regards,
Elektryk Bestia..

Avant team evaluated Elektryk Bestia's samples and we think possibly avant isn't best place for them. Now band is under evaluation by Crossover Team

Hmm...ok. Thanks for the update Slava! We're not sure exactly ourselves what subgenre our music may fall into exactly. It will be interesting to see where we are placed. If anyone has any suggestions for any other subgenres for our music, feel free to mention them!

Thanks alot!
Regards..

Hi, to be honest, we in Crossover team are quite puzzled by your music. So far, I and Chris S voted MOVE to Eclectic. As Crossover usually means "with mainstream elements", your music will be better in Eclectic.

But it's interesting music and my opinion is that you should be here.

There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"

Eclectic may be their place I consider too. Smile

I will say after looking up the exact definition of eclectic on progarchives this does seem like it may possibly fit our sound. I'm curious to see what the eclectic reviewers think...

^ The point is that even we would want to, we cannot include you, if you don't fit in our genre. Well, we can stretch the boundaries a little bit, or other teams can, but not too much.
