Perhaps Wigwam, or Faust, or Banco, or Magma.

But, gosh, like Slarti, I don't know why the band UK has to be picked on.  All this mad Wetton and Holdsworth bashing these days, it's just out of hand! Wink

I know I like UK more than I like Europe (what was that terrible hit of theirs?)

The damage that we do is just so powerfully strong we call it love

The damage that we do just goes on and on and on but not long enough.

Off the top of my head, Beardfish and Moon Safari both come to mind.

I'm sure there a dozen more though but I don't feel like thinking very hard. xD

Kayak(Netherlands) on a HUUUUUUUUUUGE number one, then Focus and the German progbands( most of all Triumvirat,Eloy is pretty decent to). Serge Gainsbourg's Melodie Nelson album is one of the best artrock records ever released(France).
Btw: I thought you ment the BAND U.K.(which I really love).
