I'm not sure about it being concept (I don't understand lyrics that well, so I can't confirm it),

but it's certainly great album if you like complex melodies (that are not cheap).

There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"

Highly recommended. Very "retro" sounding. Beautifully done.
