It seems that Progressive Electronic is a genre that doesn't necessarily benefit from a continous stream of new artists. Allow me, therefore, to suggest WintherStormer and Terje Winter as new artists to this category.
WintherStormer, by their own description, "is an electronic diffusion tutti band. The musicians performs with analog gear. They actually improvise music directly, manually, live and without preprogrammed aid. The music is a mixture of Berlin school electronic music, prog rock and free-form improvisation." WintherStormer has released two studio albums, Woodwork (2007) and Electric Fairytales (2008). One of the band members, Terje Winther (the other being Erik Stormer), has also released a couple of solo recordings in the same musical landscape, Trespasser (2004) and Electronic Regions (2009). He has also released a live album in 2009. I believe this should qualify for a separate entry.
