Don't know if I voted in this poll when it was active.  I'd go with Mastodon, with Isis a close second.

I love all three bands - some of my favourite metal ever put out. Isis takes it for me though, just over Mastodon. Isis: All killer, no filler. Eh, Mastodon, I can't say the same, but they really kill when they have a killer! *ahem* Seabeast Big smile

The Don love the hairiness of the band, not afraid to experiment and try new music which makes them the most interesting of the three:MastodonHeadbanger

My parents predicted that I would like two bands called Mastodon and Isis, but Mastodon more, so they named me Mastosis.

Would you please go away. This poll is for people to decide which band they prefer, not just for 'hate' posts that serve no real purpose.

Indeed. Walter, your antics simply do not amuse anyone. Do you honestly believe that anyone is going to "destroy" their albums or simply start hating these bands because you tell them to? Either post something constructive or do not post at all. Thanks.

This. Wavering Radiant is in my top 5 albums of all time, but even without that album I'd still go for Isis. Don't get me wrong though, Gojira and Mastodon are both fine bands as well.

Gotta be Mastodon. I love me some Gojira and Isis are pretty good (though post-metal has yet to properly click with me), but Crack the Skye is just mindblowing, and Leviathan/Blood Mountain both appeal directly to my inner metalhead.

Gotta admit, I don't really like Remission so much, though. It's a fine album, and good when I'm in the mood, but it's just... too harsh. I find it harder to listen to than death metal.
