My band Tempus Fugit has been together on and off since 1985 - http://www.fugitland.ca.
We are a Genesis/Marillion/Peter Gabriel influenced Prog/Alt Rock band - I'm not even sure what vein of Prog we fit into.
Our first album "...When You're Having Fun" from 1999 is downloadable from this link http://www.fugitland.ca/Audio/Albums/When-Youre-Having-Fun-proper.zip. After a 6 year hiatus from 2001 - 2007 we have just completed our second album "Shallow Water Blackout" which is also available via our site at http://www.fugitland.ca/ShallowWaterBlackout.shtml. You can check out some songs from both albums on our MySpace page as well at http://www.myspace.com/tempusfugitcanada.

Yes I know there is another band called Tempus Fugit - actually there are a few - our first cassette came out in 1986 so maybe we win chronologically - that tape was  a 4 track effort called Beyond The Barrier - http://www.fugitland.ca/Audio/Albums/Beyond-The-Barrier.zip - which is a concept album about immortality or something - I think it is more pedantic than the title suggests. :)

let me know what you think for inclusion and sorry if I've posted on the wrong thread.

Good stuff! I'll ask the Crossover Prog team for the evaluation.

Hi Chris
Just wanted to check what the next step is - not sure where to check on the forum to see if we have been accepted - the new band listings seem to have been updated in September - http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=31506&PN=28&title=latest-band-additions-to-pa - sorry if this is posted elsewhere.

Thanks Chris - no problem at all - the new album took 3 years to make so I've got nothing if not patience.

FYI the CD release party for our new album Shallow Water Blackout will be at The Tranzac Club in Toronto on Saturday February 26 2011. As well we will be playing a show at Brutopia in Montreal on Friday April 8 2011 in the afternoon in conjunction with the Marillion Weekend. We will play a set of originals and a set of Marillion songs.

^ Sorry dcappe but The Crossover team rejected addition to the genre. Good luck and perhaps harmonium ro can suggest you to another Team.
