Radiohead.
Sigur Ros are a touch airy fairy for my liking. Bjork, she's unique but how much can one take of her? |

That one lady who debuted in the 70s and was in three 80s bands.

Sigur Rós are a bit boring. Björk's voice I can't stand, it is so blatantly pretentious. Radiohead on the other hand is the most progressive band of our time.

I can`t stand what Radiohead has become since Kid A, but Th Bends and OK Computer are untouchables, amazing albums!

All 3 are pretty boring, but Radiohead is the only one i like, atleast they made some good albums(bends, computer and kid A). But thire last ones have not been much to jump and shout about. Sigur ros is one of the dullest bands i ever heard, havent been abel to listen to a whole album so far i yust falls alseep, and björk i dont realy know, the stuff i have heard havent clicked with me realy.

Honestly I think Creep is their worst song. In fact all of Pablo Honey is just garbage but they made it in the days when they were trying to sell out and make MTV friendly hits thus the poor quality of the music. It's so pathetic how there are still people that only respect them for that one overplayed song. I'd be glad if they never played it again. Otherwise they're total geniuses.

I know exactly what you mean. I don't really care if an artist is trying to market him- or herself as "creative" or "original" or "avant-garde". To me, it just sounds bizarre and and unpleasant. Sigur Ros is much more orthodox and orderly, but, to my ear, it lacks drive, saturation and structure. I'd expect music to be a lot more than a sequence of nice sounds. I am not a great admirer of Radiohead either. I can't quite come to terms with Thom Yorke's manner of singing. But, out of the three acts listed in this poll Radiohead is probably the only band, whose place in the prog hall of fame couldn't be contested.
