Yeah, Porcupine Tree's "The Incident" just got nominated for a Grammy.
It's not a good album, but I have to agree that the surround mixing in that album is awesome.

IMO it's their worst album; they should have released disc 2 as an EP + Time Flies and recorded another album.

I stopped caring about SW after FoaBP. It would be cool to see him win over Kanye West or something, but that's about it.
EDIT: Of course, when I say him I mean The Incident (the worst PT album to date imo)

It seems I might be in the minority, but I absolutely loved The Incident and can't for the life of me figure out why so many Progheads are knocking it...

I personally love the album as well. Better than Deadwing and Lightbulb Sun, as well as the debut.

By far the best album nominated for the grammys, still it's just the tech aspects. Didn't Timbaland manage to fix proper surround to all the other albums he made for the grammies?
