Nice poll !
My favourite is A Time & A Place. The first 2 - 3 secs are almost the same with Revelations by Iron Maiden. |

i am in love with the only way when the piano and bass comes in for the super fast baroque bit is one of my favourite ELP moments. But learning it on bass was a mistake because i had to play it over and over for about 2 hours to get it up to speed now i am a little bored with it. I still voted for it though
I do actually really like Side 2 despite the hate it gets and in my view it is far from a one song album |

The only way for me. And for me Are You Ready Eddy would come second. A Time and a Place I didn't really like so much, except for the live version on Then & Now, I think Lake's new voice really suited that song, and in general it was played LOUDER and cooller. Of course, my very favourite here would be the title track (despite the "Mass" section).

Voted for Bitches Crystal. I think side two of Tarkus rather unjustly criticised (For me the only filler track is Are You Ready Eddy? - if only the answer had been ...No)

Bitches Crystal is not a bad tune, even though the rhymes make me cringe.

A Time And A Place- ELP in 'heavy metal' mode!
but a special mention for The Only Way which features Greg Lake's best vocal performance outside of a King Crimson album.I realise the lyrics are controversial although he was expressing his own personal feelings.
