Hi. Matt Stevens is a Londoner (England) and a member of ProgArchives and a one man band with two albums under his belt. The latter one is called Ghost. According to Classic Rock Presents Prog; he has got a large following on the internet. The Genesis issue also includes a Matt Stevens track. The music is progressive and worthy inclusion here. I am not sure which genre though (= I am posting it here). But that's what the evaluation teams are for and I leave this headache to them. More about him and his music at http://www.mattstevensguitar.com/ and I am sure Matt Stevens will dip in here and say some words himself. The link above also includes several megabytes of free listening samples..... which I am listening to now. I like what I hear ! Excellent stuff, Matt !! That's funny, I just conversed with Matt at Prog Ears about his album and about getting him into PA and I told him about how he was somehow suggested to post and was rejected.
However, I do think he should be in, just not sure where. (I also think Might Could, another acoustic progressive band should be in and I suggested them as well and it was rejected, so I don't have high hopes for this one). |
