   I'd like to suggest Star Ark from Australia

I'm not certain if Star Ark qualify however, as the artist is unsigned. However I am confident the debut ep "Imperfectious" is of a high enough caliber to be a part of the prog archives.

	Yes, we can't evaluate unsigned bands. But if you start to sell something by yourselves, without a label, you become "signed" as far as addition to PA is concerned. Good luck!
