I know they've already been rejected, but that was 4 years ago, and there are quite a few more collaborators on the prog metal team. I'm guessing you can ask them to re-evaluate them, because the current voting stats certainly aren't kosher with the rules nowadays.
And come on, how many non-prog bands make 30 minute epics (Art of Life)? Maybe? Or should I be banned from this forum section?

If a band was rejected once, according to PA rules they have to get only "yes" votes at the reevaluation in order to be cleared for addition. I think that's really difficult...

I like them (a great Japanese rock band indeed) but sorry they cannnot find their place in PA methinks.
Anyway, "Zilch" ... a project by the most progressive member of X Japan HIDE (sadly ... sadly already passed away in an accident) ... their "Electric Cucumber" is awesome. |

Art of Life, boring though it may be, ought to make the cut for prog metal. Definitely more proggy than that notorious 'prog metal' band, you know which one. But what do I know, if somebody could tell me which of odd time signatures, cheesy keyboards and plastic singing constitutes prog metal, I would have a clue.
