I have to go with Amused To Death on this one - I thunk it is Roger's best solo album. I don't think On an Island is David's best, I think it's pretty good though.

I'm surprised On an Island is winning this. I myself like Amused to Death better, but I do find On an Island a very pleasant listening; however I like much better the live versions of that album.

Amused 100%. It not mean "On an Island" is a bad album or I hate that. I think "On an..." isn't a SOLID album. Dave want to show his power in this album but he lost his form. Amused is a best Waters album. Any moments of this album have a reason (IMO).
