Radio Massacre International will be playing their only UK gig of the year at St Clement’s Church in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, near Manchester, UK on Saturday May 7th.

For those of you not familiar with the band they have been around since 1993 and are probably the UKs premier electronic music band. Their music (lazily) could be said to cover Tangerine Dream / Klaus Schulze Berlin school electronics to early Floyd space rock with everything in-between. Each live performance by them is an opportunity to participate in a singular and completely unique experience. Check them out at http://www.radiomassacreinternational.com/.

Details of the gig are as follows:

Date: Saturday May 7th 2011

Venue: St Clement’s Church, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester M21 9JF

Times: Doors open at 6.45pm. Band on stage at 7.45pm Concert to finish by 10:30pm

Tickets: £10 (Contact veneta1@btinternet.com to pay by Paypal) Tickets will also be available on the door, price £11

We have just received permission from the band to provide the option of buying a virtual ticket. A VT entitles you to an mp3 recording of the whole concert which will be available to download shortly after the gig. So you can buy a VT even if you are not attending the gig itself.

Virtual Tickets will be available to all who purchase a ticket in advance of the gig. The cut off point for all VT sales will be 24 hours before the gig. Due to certain circumstances the download will be available approximately 7-10 days after the gig.

If you are interested in buying a ticket for the gig itself (comes with a free VT), or buying just a VT, please contact Bob at veneta1@btinternet.com. All advance tickets are priced at £10. Payment is by Paypal or you can pay by cheque if you live in the UK.

Thanks for your support.
