Trespass for me, Animals has a mediocre second side.

Animals by a very long way. Accomplished, assured, angry. Trespass.....a band trying to find its way but not there yet.
I don't really understand the reasoning for this comparison.

Trespass!I haven't listened to Animals very well.But I think that after listening to it,my opinion will remain the same.

I like both, but Trespass is just great. In fact it was a one point my fave Genesis album

Animals. Like Snow Dog said, Trespass is pretty good but nothing great.

Both are decent albums, but neither are even close to the best works by the respective bands. I think out of these two, Trespass is the better one.
