Firehorse is an obscure German prog rock band from late 70s/early 80s. They recorded only one album called "The Wind"(1980). They played rather standard crossover prog/krautrock music dominated by Manfred Wieczorke's (famous from "Jane" and "Eloy) organ & synths.

line-up:

Manfred Wieczorke (keyboards), Jutta Garrattoni (vocals), Peter Ludwig (guitar), Heinz Alberding (saxophone), Hasso Anhoek (timbales, congas), Jürgen Baumann (keyboards), David Hanselmann (vocals), Florian V. Hofen (bass, vocals), Rudi Kädling (drums), Sandy Nedde (guitar), Heiner Schädel (vocals)

That's quite the expansive lineup! LOL

Thanks for the suggestion, we'll check it.

Sorry, no free-legal samples in Internet (it was only released on LP). I've already sent download link for this album to harmonium.ro by PM, hope it will be ok for evaluation.

Interesting music. They've got my vote.
There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"
